As Assistant Manager you’re second in command, working alongside your manager providing the support and a great partnership to help in delivering a great place to work and a memorable experience for your customers. Keeping the team and customers happy is priority number one so we look for individuals with previous experience either gained from within our business or someone who can join bringing their experience of leading, managing and motivating teams and also not forgetting a passion for great food and service!
It’s a busy remit that also involves managing costs, maximising sales and giving your team the same five star service in terms of mentoring and development.
