You may give us your information via our website, via email, social media, via the post or when we speak directly to you on the phone.  We do not share or sell personal details to any third parties.

 

Social Media

Depending on your settings or the privacy policies for social media channels like Linkedin, Facebook, Instagram or Twitter, you might give us permission to access information from those accounts. We do not use any information that we may be able to access via social media unless you have contacted us directly. Social media content that you post may be re shared via our social media channels.

 

Website

If you apply for a job via our website your CV will be held securely on our files for a period of 6 months after which unsuccessful applicants details will be destroyed.

Successful applicants who go on to become employees will have their details stored securely within our personnel files.

If you contact us via Email your details will be held securely on our servers. Hard copy details are kept to a minimum and destroyed immediately after use.

 

Telephone

If you contact us by telephone and give us your details, these will be held on our server securely.

 

Customer Wifi

We may be able to access limited information regarding your devise if you use our customer wifi, however your details will not be shared with 3 parties and are not used for any marketing purposes.
