As Manager of a Caffe Massarella you have to totally love what you do and have the enthusiasm and drive to deliver a magical experience for both your customers to visit and your team to work. Your customers and team will always come first and it’s your job to know what makes them tick. We will look to you to maximise the financial performance of your Caffe as well as individual team members training and development. You need to have an eye for spotting sales opportunities and ways of continually making improvements to your business.
