Our Barista’s are key to delivering great tasting coffee and fantastic standards of coffee. You need to have real love and passion about delivering fantastic coffee and serving all drinks with the same love and passion whether serving a refreshing speciality tea or ice cold beer.
With our own coffee blend we know how important it is to invest in training to ensure every coffee and drink served is always to the highest standard and quality possible. We have extensive training both on the job and off the job at our Coffee School where you will be given the opportunity of becoming a qualified Barista. We are keen to bring in already qualified Barista’s but also provide fantastic in house training opportunities for anyone who really loves the smell of success and of course great Coffee!!!

As a Supervisor you will be a great team player and confident at running a shift and organising your team. You will have a genuine passion for delivering great service, food and drink and creating the best experience for your customers. As Assistant Manager you’re second in command, working alongside your manager providing the support and a great partnership to help in delivering a great place to work and a memorable experience for your customers. Keeping the team and customers happy is priority number one so we look for individuals with previous experience either gained from within our business or someone who can join bringing their experience of leading, managing and motivating teams and also not forgetting a passion for great food and service!

As Manager of a Caffe Massarella you have to totally love what you do and have the enthusiasm and drive to deliver a magical experience for both your customers to visit and your team to work. You need to have an eye for spotting sales opportunities and ways of continually making improvements to your business.

You must have passion to deliver great food and standards consistently even when the pressure is on and maintain a great kitchen atmosphere that encourages everyone to work together.
We are always on the lookout for experienced Chefs but don’t worry if you haven’t had any formal training as a Chef. As long as you’ve had some experience in a catering environment and have a genuine love of food we’ll give you all the training you need. In return you should be enthusiastic about what you do and willing to learn, have a genuine love of food and be resilient to work when the pressure is on as our Caffes do get very busy!!!
